Long time customer of Cosi (10+ years). Stopped in to the 17th street location and happy to see Jacob is the manager there. Tried the new Falafel sandwich and it was great. Location is excellent for downtown people and tourists alike. Smaller location but clean. Staff very friendly. Cosi has always had great salads also. I miss the old 10th and E location but happy to see the DC pictures that line the walls of the 17th st location.

Cosi's food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Their location downtown is fantastic. But the real reason this place is a gem is their exceptional staff. They treat their customers like family, and are patient, kind, and always smiling. They are great at their jobs. The staff works quickly and does customized orders and whatever else they can to give the customer a positive experience. I enjoy chatting with the staff whenever I'm there. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Flavorful, hot breakfast sandwiches on fresh bagels! There is a wide section of gourmet salads to pick up and take to the office for lunch, too. Jacob Kuriakose manages a well-run location right off Farragut Square near the White House. Great way to start the day!
I love this place for sandwiches and salads. Service is always great and very nice employees. I know they have catering services. And i will contract them for my next party at home. Great job guys!!!!
Excellent selection of soups, sandwiches, pizza and salads. You can choose two, like a cup of soup and half a sandwich, for a very reasonable price. Service and food were both very good.
The Signature Salad is one of my favorite salads and this visit did not disappoint. The server was friendly and made a fresh salad for me. Cosi has closed locations in my hometown so I enjoy it when I travel.

My favorite salad is the Cósi salad with chicken. I am so sad to know this is the last cosi open in the area. They are closing down all the stores.

Haven't eaten at Cosign in years, but today's visit reminded me why I liked them. The bread was still good, so I made it my business to get two pieces.
Flat bread was delicious, the soups are a little seasoned but hood for cold weather. Good and fast service
I have been eating at Cosi for several years. Despite COVID, this restaurant on K Street survived because they have great flatbread, delicious fresh ingredients and some great salads I haven't seen anyone else match. The manager and the staff also have great service. Give them a try if you haven't yet.
Food is great! Salads are fresh and crisp. Anything you order is prepared in front of you. Restaurant is clean and pleasant to dine in. Staff are friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed both breakfast and lunch there. The breads are fresh baked each day. It's a great reasonably priced place to dine.
