Great customer service! I asked for no onions on my burger and they forgot....gave me sooo many fries to make up for their mistake I almost had to roll out of there. Great hamburgers and the soda fountain is easily accessible. The restrooms were clean and the armed security guard at the door assured

The food at Smashburgers was actually pretty good. The wait for the food was a bit long for the fact that they only had one main cook and one prep. I took family friends on a tour of DC and ended at smashburgers, and they loved it.
Found this place after a tour. Brand new, very clean. Lots of space to sit. Even have sports on the TV. Had a breakfast burger. It was delicious!
1st Smashburger experience and I'm still thinking about that 🍔 today. That might make me fat, but I know good burgers when I taste them and that 🥓 cheeseburger was scrumptious. They don't over sauce up your burger with mayo and ketchup. Just the right amount. I just can't say enough about the burger

The food was good, inhad a Turkey burger & fries. I was more impressed with the manager, Mr. Robinson. The store was busy, but he kept everything working smoothly. He worked the cash register & in the kitchen to help out. He even stopped my my table to make sure my order was to my liking.
