Mi Casita Bakery - Washington DC - Photo album

I have frequented this place for the last 5 years. They have some of the best tamales and tortas. Their chicken quesadilla is the best I have had in DC. They Pretty much make the food from scratch when you order so expect a wait time. My biggest pet peeve is their service can be slow even when you c
I really enjoy the carne asada tacos they are so good as well as the tortas .. pricing isnt bad at all and service is good
The quesadillas are different than any other one I've have before. They are huge with lots of ingredients and oxaca cheese. Get the King which has everything.
The food is very good.... very good taste and the people are very friendly. there's just nowhere to sit. but I felt in Mexico for a moment.
Great little spot. Bakery but I go there for the excellent tacos and burritos. Good value and always excellent service. These folks are in there getting their days baking started at 2am long before they open everyday. Food is always quick and tastes great. This spot has a large, regular, and steady
Good bread I was able to get the type of bread I use to enjoy with my grandma.
You get what you pay for. Or do you? Get the large Cubano torta, no, get any quesidilla, and be amazed. Coffees hot all day Chapin! True El Salvadorian street.
I think these are the best tacos in DC. Seems like a lot of people in the reviews don't like the service but its an OG mexican joint that takes a few min to prep your fresh food. Seriously, everyone was so kind, but could only speak Spanish. Like if the woman taking your order cant speak a lick of e
Great little neighborhood place that cranks out delicious food...and at great prices. I love waiting for my food and watching the cooks go. Tacos are awesome, Huevos con chorizo is spectacular. If I picked one thing for improvement it would be the flour tortillas - they are good not great. But I pre
Excellent authentic Mexican food. I give them 10 out of 10!!! The parking sucks but I think that's the same all around the city. Huevos a la Mexicana damn good!!!
So great service in an informal but familiar atmosphere. Great food, affordable price and lots of smiles. Neighborhood meeting place. You can order to go by phone and just pick it up. They do bake on site so bakery items are great. Will continue to come back.
Great genuine Mexican and Salvadorian food, you get good portions and the products are good. Would definitely recommend!
If something like from this place is their food, that is so good, everything is fresh, the tortillas are made by hand, sometimes they take a extra time, but is the price to eat like our town. Mrs. Ramirez haz a good hand to prepared ribs on red sauce, try it!! The bread is so yummy!!
I loved everything from this place, the service, the food. Good job.
One of the best fast delivered Mexican food in the area. Customer service is excellent, the prices are more than reasonable portions sized for two meals. Fresh bread daily.
Definitely worth the wait! Call ahead if you're in a hurry. This place is Authentic as it gets here in the city. The Sopes are my personal favorite and they're only $3 when you order it without meat.
Great little spot for trying out authentic Mexican food. The give nice portion of food, which gives you more bang for your buck. I enjoy their hot chocolate because it is made with la abuelita chocolate tablet from Mexico. They sell cheap cookies and pastries and the workers are nice and helpful.
