Service was comparatively quick at 2:30 pm. But the quality of the strips were meh. Portion for the price is very good. There is no option for food only this place serving food for the park and quality should be improved. Felt like a checking should have been cooked well. Wait time might be problem
With the understanding that the place being insanely packed, I waited on line for 20 minutes to place my order. It then took 30 minutes to get the two burgers. Since it was busy I would have been fine but what was frustrating is that larger and more complex meals than mine were processed way faster.
Food took 40 mins. They left the wax paper in between my daughters grilled cheese. Didn’t apologize to any of the customers, just made excuses.
The only way they can get away with the food they are serving is the lack of competition at the zoo. Kids grilled cheese - a burger bun with a sad attempt of a melted chunk of cheese in between. Our kid did not touch her food and it was $11.

The service that we received was pretty quick, especially for it being during lunch time. Getting a seat wasn’t too difficult either. The food was okay; not terrible, but certainly nothing to write home about. The staff did a nice job of keeping the place clean. Overall, this place is easy to get to
Horrible service would be a step up. I would give zero stars if I could. I am not exaggerating when I say it is faster to walk back out of the zoo and go to a restaurant in town. If you must go here I recommend only getting premade items from the cooler.
