Interesting blend of a menu.
You’re thinking BBQ but most of the menu is American grill, freezer options to derp fry and Mexican.
Brisket dinner- with beans and coleslaw. The brisket had a nice amount of fat mixed in. The beef was a bit dry however their sauce was good on it. Ask for extra sauce. Beans were well seasoned and not from a can, they still had texture and bite. Slaw had nice flavor and the celery seed was a good sign. Unfortunately it was soupy. I poured off 3oz of dressing.
Cuban sandwich was made and grilled accurately. Fries were visibly seasoned with coarse salt and some pepper.

We came back. 👍 A one hour detour to come and eat here was totally worth it. We had stoped by this place a few months ago but couldnt forget the taste so came back for more. Awesome BBQ, Chicken Ribs Cheeseburger. Love the desert - churros and flan. Would certainly come back again
Best barbecue in the world. If you love barbecue, this food will 💯 satisfy. We had barbecue Chicken, ribs and pulled pork. Smoked and seasoned above and beyond perfection.

Drive by this bbq place all the time and finally stopped. So glad we did! Pleasant atmosphere, fantastic service, great food, incredible prices. We'll be going back!
You come here for the food, not the atmosphere. It is some of the best burgers I have ever had! You ask for it rare and the chef will cook it rare. Truly a hidden gem!
Had pulled pork platter. Cole slaw baked beans. Very good. Will go back.
Meals mixed fajitas and chicken fajitas were very hot and fresh. Servers were nice and efficient. A good place to eat and their delivery is typically quick as well!
If you happen to ride past Washington NJ, which in my opinion is the most friendly town I have ever come across in NJ. And you are hungry for some good chicken. This place will have you order weekly. Sadly I was not able to dine in due to work but I was able to ask for delivery. It arrived in good timing. I Ordered the half chicken with fries and rice. The portion is very big so You can even save for later. I paid about $15 to 20 for my order and it was worth every penny. Please if you happen to pass by this amazing town stop by Memos place...You will thank me later
We love Memo's. Our go-to order is a bunch of tacos but have tried probably 75% of the menu. The owner and everyone who works there are always super nice to us and it is hands-down the cheapest place to properly feed an entire family.
Liked the food and the service. The pico de gallo en los tostones (patacones) was the special touch I needed today.
Memo’s recently catered for us and I can’t say enough positive things about the service and food. Our guests were offered a wonderful experience and they made sure to mention it even days later. The food prepared via grill was cooked fresh on site and any of the food prepped ahead of time was just as fresh. My personal favorite items were the meats, Mac and cheese and potato salad. Memo’s puts a unique twist to basic sides but still making them palatable for kids. In a time where service is less than par Memo truly wants to show up 110%, you can tell he takes pride in his business because it surely shows. Thank you to Memo and his staff, we look forward to enjoying you’re food again at our next event! In the meantime we’ll continue sharing your business info with friends and neighbors!

The three of us decided that Monday night was RIB NIGHT, We placed a take-out order for a rib dinner with black beans and fries. The eight ribs were some of the best we have ever tasted, smoked to perfection and meaty. From a small restaurant such excellent ribs are produced amazes us. Highly recommend the rib.
