Long line but worth the wait. Food is always great. Service is good just not consistent. One will greet and smile while others don't acknowledge.

The Little Washington location is always my go-to when I'm short on time and need a quick bite to eat. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to order, around lunchtime, and everyone is always super friendly.
Good food, good service. Feel bad for the employees though, the customers they have to serve are the worst. Entitled, rude, cry babies. Food service is truly the worst job to have because people are terrible. Big thanks to the employees for toughing it out.
That meatless portabello sandwich is amazing!!! You would never know there wasn't any meat in it.

Food was good as always. Downside, due to a broken machine couldn't input reward info, and had to pay in cash. Minor inconvenience.
The food was really good but there were boxes all over like they needed to put up stock. It looked kinda messy.

On this day 2 years ago I got married, our reception was so busy with people greeting us and wanting to take pictures that by the time it was over, my new husband (at that time) and I while headed to our hotel realized we had not eaten a thing. Tired from the whole weekend we decided to stop into Jersey Mikes in Washington NC, me still in my wedding dress (him holding my train) him still in his tux minus the jacket! Upon walking in some people were asking did we just come from a dance and were like no “We just got married”. The gentleman behind the counter then asked politely, and you guys are eating here! We explained to him the events of the day and he then said “Choose whatever you like you’d meal is on me tonight”! My husband and I were so humbly blessed and pleased! We eat there every year on this day just as tradition 😊! I found out the gentleman’s name some months back and couldn’t wait to do a review, he is the manager and his name is Daniel Saab! He was polite and when I told the story to a worker there a few months back he said yes I remember that, that was me, my heart melted. My husband and I will forever remember that night and how Mr. Saab made it that much more special for us, because we shared a sub 🥰

This location was fast friendly and clean ..the food was great as always ...got large cheesesteak ..the place was packed and it had to be cooked to order and it still was lightening fast
