My co-workers and I usually go here once a week! They know our orders! Just like every business sometimes it’s hit and miss with your server but usually it’s always a good experience!

This place is excellent! My fiance and I come to Washington a few times a year for work, and we're always happy to find a great food place! The prices are decent, and the service is excellent. We had the pleasure of having Amy help us for the night! She's so pleasant and wonderful to talk to as well
The waitress Barb was very sweet and helpful to us. My first time eating there and the grilled chicken wrap was great along with the homemade chips too. Yes I will go back there to eat. The amosphere in the building was very relaxing too.next time I am going to try their hot wings.
It was date night for my husband and I. We had a drink and some half price appetizers! Brittany was our server. Service was good. Chips we're good, not floppy or too crispy. Pub pretzels are always good!! Linsey made our drinks, strawberry margarita was good, hubby had draft beer.
Tara is awesome she is the best waitress/ bartender my glass is never empty and she always makes me feel at home. He food is great too a lot if choices.
Great spot for a beer & wings! We love the Korean BBQ. Has outdoor seating, where you can normally find a fur butt chilling out with thier owners. Staff knows us by name.
When it's good, it's really good! However, the menu and staff seem to be ever changing with a few foundational constants. We've had really bad service, really bad food, but thankfully it's been few and and between. On good days the service is fast, friendly and the food delicious!
UPDATE: 8-2-19 Our waiter, Cole, was awesome! He is the only one we request when we do lunch there for work! Always attentive...gets our orders correct...and is a pleasure!
Very good food and staff that really tries. I had wings that were perfectly cooked and spiced and a very good size. Tasty chili on the side. I was surprised it was not busier on a Friday evening.
In the past, we have not been impressed with ECW, however our experience tonight with server Barbara has changed our whole impression. She was an amazing server, pleasant, attentive, and knew the ECW brand and helped us experience, what I believe is the intended goal at ECW franchise. We really will
Food is great. Owner is very involved, service isn't the best. They are inexperienced and the phone line is ALWAYS busy and I call twice a week for take out. But they are great to eat for families!!
