It's a great place to fill up quick. I like their salad bar, (especially when they have the chicken fried steaks out). I wish they had cooked cabbage more often. Good service. They refill my iced tea without me having to wave them down. We've started eating there alot.

We ate here while traveling. We didn't know there were any Ponderosa steakhouses left in Missouri. The buffet was great! It was clean and well stocked. Our steaks arrived quickly and were cooked just right. We will stop here every time we go through Washington!

Not bad food for a buffet. Don't go expecting 5 star cuisine and you'll be fine. They had popcorn shrimp on the buffet, which is good. The dinner rolls are always a favorite. Service is good, we never ran out of drink.

Since many of their locations across the US mysteriously burned down a couple decades ago, this is the first Ponderosa I've been to in quite awhile. Hasn't changed much. Lunch buffet had quite less than expected. Food dishes weren't labeled which left us guessing what we were eating. The instant we set down we were greeted by friendly ants on the table. Waitress was the nicest part of the visit. Not quite what I remembered when I was younger.
