We stopped for a quick breakfast. The sandwiches were very good and my blueberry pancakes were the best I've ever had. We also bought a strawberry rhubarb pie to take home and it was one of the best I've ever had. Service was excellent and the quaintness of the interior added to the memorable experience. Absolutely worth the stop.
I loveeeee this bakery in town! The bacon egg and cheese sandwich is to die for. The donut holes are so moist and yummy! I’ve tried the chicken noodle soup and it was so good. I’ve been asking for it through the drive through and they haven’t made it since the time I tried it. �
This is the one and only food establishment I can think of (other than my job) in which I have never ever had any kind of negative experience whatsoever. These people are friendly, intelligent, this place is quite reasonably priced, and their food is excellent. As is their coffee. I walk my son up for breakfast all the time and they are always friendly to us and make us feel welcome, even when my toddler is throwing a tantrum in their store. Truly pleasant place to eat
We try to stop and get a treat here every time we are in Washington! The variety and quality of baked goods, candies, jams, syrups and other goodies are excellent. We usually choose a treat to sit and eat in the quaint, comfortable setting. Then, it is a must to get something to take home or gift (pie, cake, poind of candy)! One of our FAVORITE places in Washington, IN.
Ordered my Dads Retirement Party cake with his Picture on it it was Beautiful and everyone went on about it being the best Cake they had have!! I would share a picture if I was able! Thank you Bakery House for making it so perfect!!!
Love the cream filled donuts and holes. Muffins and cappuccino very good. So many more things we want to try. The displays and the smell when you walk in gets us excited. We will definitely be back �

Came in this past Friday. Got some donut holes, which of course were yummy. But more importantly, as soon as I walked in the door with my daughter we were greeted by a very nice lady. She helped us find the perfect cake for my mom for her birthday. A hoho cake I think it was called. It was very good! So nice to walk in and feel like an establishment wants us there and appreciates the business. Keep up the great work!
My family loves everything from the donuts to the cakes. They just made a cake and decorated one for my daughter's birthday and there was no complaints. The cake was beautiful! Thank you Bakery House for all you do.

Excellent little bakery on the west side of Washington. Lots of delicious choices. This is a very clean store with professional courteous staff. Everything is reasonably priced especially considering all that is going on these days. I have not tried tried their doughnuts yet but they looked delicious.
If I could give this place more stars I certainly would. Their breakfast sandwiches and doughnuts are out of this world. Their daily lunch specials are equally spectacular. Once you try the Bakery House, you’ll be hooked. Love this place.
The place beautiful. I had the lunch special; loaded baked potato. It was delicious. The bbq on top was flavorful with a sweet punch.

Meatloaf lunch with potato salad was very good. Bake goods we bought were more mixed results some just good some very good.
Best donuts around. Period. Also have pies, cookies, turnovers, cinnamon rolls, coffee, candy, etc etc etc... Be careful walking into this place. It's hard to stop picking this and that and this and that...
