First thing I will say is; don’t judge a book by the cover. PABAs is a small diner with several tables, booths & counter stools. It is not fancy & is actually somewhat dated, but the food is good. Breakfast & lunch only. A gathering place for retired locals & nearby establishments. The Spanish omele
