Had my first sandwich from Jimmy John's today! It literally took them 9 minutes after ordering to get here! WOOW! And the sandwich was AWSOME

Sandwich delivered to the wrong house and after calling to see where my sandwich was I received the WORST customer service I have ever experience. One of the associates, Star, was extremely rude. She definitely was not a star at her job. Also, once the other delivery man came by he insisted star was not a rude person and was being nice even though he was not on the phone call... service was so bad I don’t even want to eat this sandwich. Very disappointed, I don’t know if I can get myself to eat here again.

I deleted my last review because, after that things changed the customer service is great and the employees are very understanding and considerate. I ordered from here a lot because of the fast delivery, thank you for having great service

Long story short- we ordered a party tray from someone else and the store was closed the day we were supposed to pick it up (the day of the party). We called this location and they went above and beyond to get our order together for us. They were kind and fast. We really appreciated it!

We order JJ a lot. My suggestions: 1) Ensure your employees know to do "repeat order". I stopped ordering Jimmy John's for 3 months when an employee stated "he didn't know how to repeat order" and that "he wouldn't ask someone how to do it". 👌 2) If you advertise fast service, please tell customers who call to place an order if a delay is expected. If there is a delay I will call somewhere else or actually put pants on to pick up my own food. I have a window of available time and if it's outside that window, plans need to be made.

Whenever the local Jimmy John's on Sashabaw doesn't have enough "today" bread to spare to sell us, but does have enough "yesterday" bread (ironically) to sell us.... This Jimmy John's always comes to the rescue & has enough to sell us. The employees are friendly, helpful & everything always tastes great.

I ordered a sandwich on the 9-grain wheat bread and ate half of it and when I went to eat the other half I saw this.....FREAKING MOLD. It was black and fuzzy and was definitely not just a cluster of seeds. Spoke with the manager.....she was very unapologetic and argumentative. She said that it "literally" wasn't mold and she "literally" just baked the bread this morning. First rule of customer service is not to argue with a customer. She offered me another sandwich but not a refund. Why would I want to eat another sandwich from there when I just received one with mold on it?! I then called corporate and they said the owner will contact me. The area manager contacted me the next day and was very apologetic. However, I am still very disgusted and will not be returning to this store.

Amazing staff, quality management and customer service. Always fresh bread and quick staff. If you have an issue with their restricted driving area, you need to complain to corporate. They are the ones who set every stores delivery area. Not the store! Don't attack; sometimes things don't go our way, its unfortunate you had a bad experience, but lets remember too, they are human.
