Thank you Syd for being an incredible server. Also, just wanted to thank the staff for their diligence and help. I had a situation start to arise due to a man who couldn’t stop staring and coming up to me. Not only did my server already have an eye out on him, but she and the manager made sure I got to my car safely after I was done paying. The food is always great, and the service is wonderful. Thank you again.

My salad was made just the way I ordered it and my husband's chips and cheese was good as well. Boys had boneless wings and loved them. The fries came out over seasoned dry but I didn't find out until the end but I'm sure our waitress would have brought out new if we had let her know, which is why I'm still giving them 5*. My son ate all of his onion rings so they must have been good.

This would have been five stars if it wasn’t for the salsa. The salsa tasted like pizza sauce, it is terrible lol. It’s so bad it’s almost comical. I understand that this is a bar food and wings joint, but good lord buying decent salsa from a distributor can’t be that hard. With that being said the Nashville Hot sauce on the wings was very flavorful, and the service was awesome.

Ordered through Grubhub at this particular location, order arrived late, the driver stated that the staff was rude, and there was stuff missing from our order. The nachos barely had any cheese on them, the fries were soggy and cold and we were missing 2 orders of cheese curds. When I called to tell them about the missing items, the girl had an attitude and was quite rude. She said that if I wanted to drive there they would make sure “to make it fresh as soon as I arrive”, very snotty. When I arrived they said that they were out of cheese curds and they substituted fries for them. (The substituted fries was a small order, and we ordered a large and a small order of cheese curds). I asked to speak to the manager who was less than helpful and was not willing to offer any compensation for me having to drive there or the mix up on their behalf. Definitely would not recommend this location!!!

Our waiter Hannah was AMAZING! They had excellent table convo, great manners and just overall the best waiter I’ve ever had. We even showed her some funny videos and had a great laugh.

Buffalo wild wings quality has decreased drastically. My brisket tacos were so small I finished them in 2 bites each, the dish was mostly mediocre chips. I didn't even know they made 4 in tortillas and for 12 dollars I'd maybe pay 8 dollars for the meal. We weren't even given silverware and I thought we were at a restaurant. We had to use plastic forks and plastic knives. Fast food quality at a nice restaurant price.

Ordered 3 items for carry out, took under a minute to place my order but was on hold for over 11 minutes. Was told 25-30 mins for my order, which was fine. Got there and had to wait an additional 30-40 minutes after the original 25-30 minutes. Once the food was home (I live 3 miles away) boneless wings were hard as rocks, fries were disgusting and the naked tenders could have de-iced my driveway they were so salty. Paid just over $40 and 1/2 of what I ordered went directly in the trash. I called to talk to a manager and was hung up on after being on hold again.

Our hostess was Hannah and she was awesome super nice and recommended us to try caramel on the cheese curds. It was awesome she is great she even watched our dumb TikToks that we made here. 10 out of 10! Would definitely come again.
