Sometimes the food isn't cooked well, either too cooked and dried out sandwiches but other times the sandwiches are amazing.

Poor attitude. Not friendly with customers. I asked for extra Matcha in my tea. Always have this and was not expecting them to say no. They have no way of charging for this. Sending a Dunkin lover away sad for such a simple request. I would have been happy to pay. Quite unpleasant experience.
