The food we recieved was disgusting. The biscuits were hard as rocks, look at the pic of a knife sticking out of the biscuit, the green beans looked like they were scraped off something and the corn was hard and looked like it had been mixed with old corn. I did call and they said they would refund

Order through the app for Quick Pick-Up, grab off the shelf just inside the doors, check order for accuracy in your vehicle, and off you go! It's so easy, and our most recent meals were delicious.

Staff was great. Food was ok. Ordered a tender, it was very small and only had breading on one side. This was annoying because I had to pay an upcharge to get a single Nashville hot tender. Biscuits were not fresh, nor warm. Passible fast food. Again the staff was great.

The chicken that I got yesterday, was like it used to be several years ago!!! It was Great!!! Can't account for the disparage in quality between now and previous years. But yesterday, It was "The Colonel Sanders Original Recipe" chicken!!! Please keep it up...

Usually this place is great, but got home and the three biscuits I ordered were cold and hard as a rock. Inedible. The side of corn....dry, hard, and shriveled. The potato's are cold but somewhat edible, and the pot pie is fine probably because those are pre made and almost impossible to screw up. S

We went through the drive through for a family pack. In and out in 5 minutes and it was the best chicken we have ever had from KFC. 5 STARS ALL DAY!

Clean, bright interior. Food quality is not on par with other KFCs. The pot pie I ordered was only half filled under the crust. Wings are not tossed in sauce, but presented as plain wings with sauce slopped on top. The time before this I went through drive through. That time I was missing items.

What a joke! Placed 2 dinner orders with 2 different drinks. Paid & saw they missed half of my order, seriously one whole meal. The drink went with the missed meal so they had to reluctantly change it. They said I had to go through again to get the rest of my meal. Poor poor management with slo
