Young man at the drive thru today was absolutely delightful!! Great smile, and a nice swirling of my coffee so I didn't have to mix it. Perfect coffee as well!! Very impressed Dunkin Donuts!! 5 Star experience for sure. I even called to tell the manager, but nobody answered. Busy training location.
Was quick, very polite. Normal dunking you get killed with looks for ordering or if they mess up your order. This one is so nice. The employees are great and never screw up your order

I just tried to place an order here through the drive way, the team member kept trying to end my order early when I was not finished. He finally decided to just cut me off and gave me the total and turned off the mic. Another Dunkin’ to avoid.
Great Dunkin but they need to teach the employees how to make ALL of the drinks cause the guy had no idea how to make mine
