As I was going through the drive-thru, an employee came out and starting cleaning the chute into the trash can. I was thinking to myself, who cleans those? I figured he's squirt it once with the cleaner and move on. He stayed, cleaning, spraying, wiping that little chute down till it must have been antiseptic! Congratulations on having such an great employee who knows that each job is important! My perception of the whole restaurant went up!
Starting with the positive:
The person who took my order was one of the nicest food service workers I've ever had. She was pleasant, cheerful, and helpful. Considering how busy it was, I got my food in a very timely manner.
Negative: The price of the microscopic fish sandwiches is just a tad short of robbery.
I typically don't like to rate big box corporations but, this one was cleaner than most that I go into, food came out quickly and accurately and the tables were clean. The staff was pleasant and friendly. I did not use the restroom to see if it was clean which is usually touch and go at places like this.
In my opinion the best McDonald's in New London county. The quickest, usually always gets my order correct and they do a great job with curbside delivery.
Man, I love this place. Love making my almost daily ice cream runs here as a treat to myself. The staff rocks- very friendly! 😊👍✌
