Every time we have been to Cappella Magna it has been a fabulous experience. The cuisine is devine. The atmosphere is intimate. The service is top notch. If you want to go somewhere for fine dining and an experience Cappella Magna is the perfect spot. It's our date night of choice.
What an awesome experience. The spray paint ceiling is astounding when you look at the scale. The host, the artist's father, is passionate and very warm hearted. We felt like royalty. We purchased the 4 course meal, and upgraded to the beef medallions and the flaming chocolate dessert. The starters had outstanding flavor. We we're stuffed by the end. Check out the art in the bathroom hallway, and the articles on the wall. Also, you can get a pic from the stairs which is memorable. Great experience and like the supper clubs from the past. The waiting staff was spectacular, formal yet friendly. This is a must visit for Waterloo! The food is not "foodie" and hip, but rather classical and charming the way a nice meal should be.
This is an experience you must not let slip away. The recreation of The Sistine Chapel is pure gold, an absolute national treasure. The food is excellent. The service, the service is what most restaurants aspire to offer. Call and make a reservation. Seriously, call now!
Our host was more than amazing! He took pictures of us as well as kept an eye on us in case we needed any thing. The scenery was outstanding. A place I would definitely recommend.

Best food and best staff of any restaurant I've ever been to
This was the best restaurant I've ever been to. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the vibe of the restaurant was amazing. The owner personally took every person to their seat and insisted on pulling out our seats for us. He took beautiful pictures on our phones for us to have and came to make sure we were enjoying everything periodically throughout the dinner. The waitress was super friendly and asked the cook all of our questions to make sure my sister and I would enjoy the vegetarian dish. She came to check on us frequently and was always friendly to us. The food was melt in your mouth and buttery in every course of the meal. I've eaten baklava in Europe and the baklava at this restaurant was better than even that. Everything was such high quality and insanely well priced. You get your money's worth and so much more if you go here. Absolutely incredible thank you so much for an unforgettable experience.

I’ve been curious about the interior for a few years, but haven’t visited as we live over an hour away. On a whim, I pulled over on the road through town, and I was kind of bowled over. It’s so neat!
A friend warned that it would be an out of budget experience, but I found it to be extremely fairly priced. I was actually surprised it wasn’t more!
I had lobster bisque that was very flavorful, and a generous Caesar salad with fresh crispy croutons, crispy cold romaine lettuce, and zingy Caesar dressing that was clearly housemade. My daughter had a fresh salad and a kids’ meal size spaghetti. We loved it. To top it off, the owners were so kind. They made us feel so special, seating us at a special table, scooting in chairs, hanging coats, taking the time to speak to us, and even bringing us a free pavlova for dessert — trust me on this, get it if you go! (Baked meringue with whipped cream, fresh berries and shaved dark chocolate! Yum!).
All in all, a do-again restaurant for this family. The atmosphere is terrific, the food is good, and the service was great.
