Pizza Ranch - Waukee - Photo album

We visited this Pizza Ranch restaurant during a mid-June weekend for lunch. Since, we are strict vegetarians, we were little apprehensive about the choices on the menu for us, and whether the buffet would be a good choice for us due to limited vegetarian options. Alex, at the counter, helped us out.
Pizza was good. The chicken was a little too dry for my taste but then again I got it from the buffet so I don't know how long it had been sitting there.
What a delicious location. My husband swearz the crust is the best in the business. Personally I am a fan of the chicken and mashed potatoes. Rhe staff here was exceptionally on top of things and it showed in warm smiles, fre h food and clean dining area.
Was in town for business and decided to go to PR for lunch. Generally know what to expect for food after having eaten at different PR's over the years. Same held true for this one but they seem to be much more expensive than most PR's. $16.00 and change and $2.00 tip is just too much for their food.
I have always enjoyed this place. I like the pizza, mashed potatoes and chicken. I almost exclusively get those items here. Hard to go wrong with comfort food. If you are only getting one plate it isn't worth the price, but it always ends up being my lunch/supper combo. If you want something specifi
Front staff was very rude. I was coming from out of town and had been told about this place. I decided to go in and see what all the hype was. Sadly I didn't make it past the front as encounter with cashier was rather disappointing.
I never tried the pizza. The chicken ranges between 4 and 5 stars each time I've gotten it. When its extra crispy it's 5.
Decided to go here for first time on long time. Disappointed. $15.99 for buffett. Charged us extra for to-go cup. And chicken was so dry you couldn't cut through it.
