Sweet JESUS I was not expecting to love this place so much. All I had was the Chicago cheese steak hoagie but when I tell you it blew my mind, it EXPLODED. Super unassuming outside made me think it was closed, but drive thru only! A grilled sandwich like I’d never had before.
It's a classic place. Don't be deterred by the old non lighted drive thru menu. This place has been a staple in the area for years. The pricing is relative as you get a ton of food and honestly a foot long could feed 3 people. Give them a try.
Great Food. Drive up service has always been very slow for years, but most regular customers accept that. price is on the higher side, but what isn't these days?
Hoagie hut started in Highwood, way back in the day..... still the same great sandwiches as ever! Get a 6" chicago cheese steak hoagie......I ve been enjoying them for 35 years!
