I placed an order for my students the morning of and the staff were very helpful! Upon arrival (earlier than expected time), they had everything packed up & ready to go. They made the tax-exempt process so easy! My students enjoyed the sandwiches and I’ll definitely be ordering again in the future!
Tried Potbelly Sandwich Shop in Waukegan and overall we liked it. The order/payment process seemed like it needed some work. We had to repeat our order to 3 different people before we could pay. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was friendly. They did have several vegetarian options to pick from
Great sandwich place, the sandwiches are great and tasty, the employees are ok, they don't have that much patience when you don't know the menu.
