I got the gyro sandwich with fries and it came out good. The meat was cut differently than traditional style ones. Juve is cool ( if I spelled that right ) and he had delivered to my house before
Ordered the chicken Alfredo last night, and it was delicious! It took forever to get here, but it was worth the wait. The delivery was not expensive and the price for the amount they give serve was not bad at all!
OG does have really good chicken Alfredo, but they do not give you the same amount Potestas does and the price is more affordable. The bread the give was not good, I was not impressed, but that did not matter to me. I was so full half way through. I have lunch for today, and I am so happy! Thank you!!!
Protesta has pretty good pizza for a decent price. We got sat right away, our server greeted us and was super friendly. They now serve horchata, BUT do not get it. I was so disappointed, it tasted watered down and did not have a strong horchata taste. No one will miss it if you take it way. The buffet looks like things have been sitting there forever and have been picked through so we ordered from the menu instead. The wings are good, but I wish they would let you split the sauces for 12 wings. Our food came out right away and it was enjoyable. I will be back for the pizza that's about it.

They're clean, they make great food, and the service is always friendly. They really have everything that you'd expect from a neighborhood Italian joint. They have half price pizza on Sundays for carry out too, makes me a frequent customer.

No local should ever go to a chain pizza place for takeout when Potestas is cheaper and much better quality. This is a great pizza for game night or parties. Daily specials are a great way to eat cheap.
25% off large and extra large pizzas on Sundays makes this my favorite choice for Dinner. You have to order a cup of their Famous Wisconsin Cheese Soup it's a Classic that you can only get here in Waukegan.

The wings are pretty good..probably the best for this area but ask to have them cooked longer otherwise they can be soggy in the container they put them in if its a to go order..
We are from Ohio and was looking for a place to eat and Potestas Pizza was a little place it, dont let it fool you. The pizza is great we had a meat lovers pan and potato skins and they were to die for ! Thanks to the staff and for great food.

The pizza was great!!! (As always) Our waitress was wonderful with the regulars but not very friendly with us and it took forever to get our bill.
Lunch was pretty good for my first time there. Bill for 3 with drinks was 22$ very reasonable. I will definitely go back. Thank you..
Currently a server here, I can say we will not dissapoint. If you come in very hungry we will make you happy with our service! Been a customer for years and been serving for a year, the food will always be amazing!
We love going to Potestas, a favorite of my gal who used to frequently fome here for lunch buffet with friends from work. The buffet still exists and is as affordable and delicious as ever!
This is a nice, hole in the wall place. The food was very filling! The servers were kind. This is now One of my favorite go to places after work.
I arrived at CTCA Zion late in the evening on Sunday to find the hospital cafeteria had already closed. I found a brochure from Potesta's Pizza and ordered ravioli with Alfredo sauce. To my delight I can say it was the best Alfredo sauce I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. If there were a rating above five stars I would gladly give 100% to Potesta's!
