I normally get the shrimp dinner. But thisntime indecisive to try something different. This is the fish and shrimp dinner. The fish was flavorful and the meat was nice and flaky. Shrimp was a tad bit over cooked more than I wanted but was still enjoyable. Breading on the shrimp was a little tougher

You can never go wrong with Shirls in Waukegan. Its a nostalgic restaurant, even if they have new owners. They kept the same and add some more stuff to the menu.
Some respectful young teenagers work here never had a problem I always get cheese fries they are the best and a slurpee.
