Reviews Burger King

This is the only location in the area to have fresh food. I drive past two other locations to get to this location. However this time the food was as bad as the other two. The buns were so hard I could only eat the meat. It's sad all 3 locations in this area have really old hard buns. I wonder is this something new for burger king, or is it just this area? The area we relocated from we've never had that problem.

I love the remodel of the store! Sad to see Burger King empty when I come by. It deserves more customers than McDonald's for sure. Only 1 cook with the shift manager. I do not blame them for trying to keep the business running. More staff possibly needed here to help move orders.

Love this Burger King!!!! I always go through the drive thru and I always get exceptional service! The bk on greenbay always makes me pull forward for one meal and the food is honestly gross. But this Bk is amazing!!! Very good and friendly staff!

When I went to Burger King I had made an order and I didn't feel that the cheddar tots that I ordered were hot I went in and I was very hot myself because I went through the drive-thru because I didn't feel well I come inside I requested they make a tots hot gentleman immediately throw them in the garbage and request for another batch to be fixed the manager entered into the situation he's out in the lobby dealing with customers checking his Lobby I guess and he greets me and asked could he take my order excellent him that I just came through his drive-thru and I wasn't very happy with the tots and I got he immediately apologized his name is Jeremy very nice young man he asked if the rest of my order was satisfactory I told him that I just didn't feel like dealing with it that it's fine I'm sure just to assure himself that I received the service he ordered two more of the sandwiches for me made fresh my tots were made fresh I'd like to come back in for a meal at a later date course on him and he made me feel like I'm matter. He was very active and making sure orders were going out while I stood there waiting for my food he was very adamant about the drive-through moving continually at the same time he made sure that everyone in the lobby was taken care of that everyone at the register was taken care of and his attitude never changed at all he was pleasant the whole time even under the stress he won my business by his attitude about what is expected when you enter his restaurant I felt like he treated it as if it belonged to him and every customer mattered Jeremy I thank you so much
