In any BK location I've ever been to, food is almost always hot n' fresh, dining areas in particularly this one are always kept clean but the service including this location overall is average at best.
Customer service should always be a high priority if not the highest priority for any business. S
Woah. Stopped here couple weeks ago for a quick bite to eat while on the go. Ordered a double cheeseburger, and when I was on the road and took my first bite, I already knew I should have ordered 2! 😭😭😭 that was an amazing double cheeseburger.
🤠🤗⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐This Burger King is the best in the area. This is the one I would go to in Waukegan rather than any of the others. You get better food at this Burger King. They actually take some pride in their presentation, this is due to the manager at the facility I would have to say.✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️
My husband and I came here to get some food yesterday 5-5-23. It was after 6pm. I have to say that Dorothy gave us the best customer experience ever, She was so pleasant, great attitude, smile. She made you feel valued as a customer. The food quality was great, the wait, overall great experience!!

The best customer service I have ever got this year. Free icecream for my son, food brought to my table. They are the best. All staff are customer friendly, Demetrius is my best, he has an excellent customer service.
Right by my house, 10 minutes away for take out.

It's Burger King..the staff obliged when I explained I was shorted a couple of chicken fries from my previous drive thru order. I wasn't looking or even asked to be compensated but she gave me 3 chicken fries with my current order! Nice surprise! It pays to be Nice to the ppl waiting on you!
Clean environment they get the order right and the washrooms are clean
Edit: always a good sign when a restaurant attracts the older crowd.
Their breakfast burrito gives taco bell a run for it's money and has a great spicy sauce inside which reminds me of the sauce in the spicey potatoes from bull and bear, also their dining room is open in the morning so that's a win

Love the franchise. Sad 2 for 6 Whoppers are gone. My last visit to this BK was not good. Very long wait I side as well as drive thru. Even tho my order was not exactly correct it was still good.
The server at the drive thru was working alone it seemed yet managed to absolutely smash it! I hope no one gave em a hard time
