It was a Papa John's! What can I say. My stuffed crust pizza dough was slightly doughy but everyone was nice enough.

I used to order Pizza Hut but since I have been getting bad pizza from them. I started to order papa John and it’s better service better pizza and great customer service care and on top when I tell them well done it’s not burned it’s cooked properly Thank you papa John’s 😊

Very friendly and helpful staff despite frequent mistakes. These guys make pizza very well, and the manager there is great at solving any issues as long as you call them. We ordered 10 one topping pizzas at a great price with delivery. The orders were hot, came a bit earlier than expected which is better than late! Deliver person was super kind and courteous.

Delivery was very fast. Food was super warm still, looked and tasted amazing. Our delivery driver was very sweet and super polite! Keep him around, he’s good for business!! Wish I got his name. He delivered out to Gurnee, 11/15 around 6:45pm!

Great accolades to the manager on shift (Chris) he quickly fixed a mishap on my order and delivered exponentially and added a reward. Every effort must be made to keep managers like him.

I originally ordered through Uber Eats and there was a mix up somewhere and I never received my order. I called the store and Carrie assisted me. She apologized about the issue and offered to remake my order and send one of her drivers. Great service. Great food. Two thumbs up!
