It was packed but the service was still good and we got our food pretty fast. Nothing tasted off. Solid IHOP. Would come back.
Nice place to enjoy a walk and un-wind. It also has a nice park for kids to enjoy some time outside. If you like sports, it's a nice spot to enjoy some baseball/softball games as well as tennis matches. There is plenty of open space for picnics or even just to enjoy open areas.
A very nice IHOP, the tables were properly cleaned, the service was quick and friendly, our rather complex order was delivered properly and correctly as ordered. The servings were huge with plenty to take home for later on a real plus. The bathrooms were very clean everything looks like it's cleaned
The good: mostly friendly servers who always give you time to read the menu. Mostly accurate orders and the food is almost always prepared correctly.
The bad: some of the tables are in need of repairs, and the bathroom is not as clean as it could be.
One time, I got hash browns that had not just one
Decide to Dine in today ! Food and service was excellent! They have a wonderful $5 and $3 happy hour menu. Cheeseburger and fries for $5.... Can't beat that
This place is best for breakfast! Prices are better than McDonald's! Better food!
Best breakfast here ever! Perfectly cooked French toast with lemon ricotta cheese and blueberries, two eggs sunny side up, crisp bacon and golden hash browns, with freshly brewed decaf. It was perfect and I ate every bite.

We came in for breakfast and I ordered the spicy poblano omelette! It was amazing with just the right amount of Poblano peppers, bell peppers, onions, shredded beef.
