Good enough as far as McDonald's are concerned. Slow, but the kids enjoyed the food.
It's a shame they don't offer any real gluten free options. You can have a burger patty, but that's about it.
I have never had an issue. The food is always hot, and you get what you pay for. If you have a problem, they always make up for it grate place to eat.
I order from this McDonalds more than I should..lol. I get DoorDash because I don't drive(epilepsy sucks).

My food was fresh and hot. The pop was strong enough and the coffee was fresh.
Great location one block away from the court house the staff is always nice and helpful foods always hot and cook fresh every time I'm there but could be more cleaner in the dinning area behind the booths ann bathroom also they have a security present now
great location and a staple to the area. but like most things in waukegan, the worst experience is the locals themselves. honking to try to rush you in the drive thru. swearing at staff over ice cream machines being down. i know its rough working there.
I stopped in last night to grab a filet o fish meal for dinner. The young man was very nice. The restaurant was really clean inside as usual. My food was hot and fresh. The drive thru line is always so long. Getting in and out of this location can be very challenging.
This place is right on the line from being a good place and bad place.Just watch out after dark what neighborhood you are in.
