This particular Dunkin donuts has the best tasting coffee of any in the area. The employees / staff are extremely efficient and very respectful. I go out of my way to frequent this Dunkin donuts over the others. Do yourself a favor, check them out!

Yall talking about how the Inside is dirty. I HAVENT BEEN IN THE INSIDE SINCE IT OPENED. Last time I went there I had to walk through the drive thru cause the entrance was blocked off.
Call before you go they randomly close the lobby and you have to use your invisible car if you wanna order other than that great service
Great Coffee and the Best Boston Cream & Glazed Blueberry Donuts in Town! Always a Great stop on my way (bus) Downtown and when I'm Leaving Downtown.(Bus). Great staff No Complaints. The Only area that should have At least an Hour check on is the upstairs lounge area. Keeping tables and seating wiped cleaned and disinfected and floors Swept. They're usually busy in the morning but they're polite and the get people's orders in and out! Dunkin Donuts Downtown ON Washington, Staff are Awesome!! I applaud you all!

Staff was nice and a Nice quiet place. Eating on 2nd floor is always a plus for my daughter.
I like the customer service here and the style of the shop. It has an exotic view going up the stairs. It has an iconic feel to it.
By far my favorite Dunkin in Waukegan. They definitely come in clutch when I’m running late and need a bite to eat before work. My orders have always been correct, unlike a couple of other Dunkins I’ve visited.
Today's visit 05-21-2021 not so great. I don't know what it is about drive Thru. They either aren't listening or their system doesn't work well. The can't hear what I am ordering and miss things or screw it up. Inside orders ate better.
They were having a lot of issues when they first opened up, but they keep improving! They have more staff and speed of service has increased. They use to almost make me late to work, but now I'm there a little early. Good job staff!
