I received three very burned and blackened breakfast croissant sandwiches that were inedible and had to be thrown out. Corporate had this store contact me but only received a short apology email. No refund for food that couldn’t be eaten. Very dissatisfied.
Overall I love dunkin but this store is probably the worst one regarding service. Employees were standing, talking and texting on their phone. Took way too long once I got to the window for what I ordered. Will not be returning to this location.
This place is getting increasingly worse, one girl there doesn’t listen to orders at all and messes it up every time. Would give it a 4 if they offered gluten sensitive or gluten free items. Would also like it if my favorite drink, iced chai, was dairy free. Would definitely go more often.

Zero stars. Terrible customer service. I ordered a sausage and egg croissant in the drive thru, with no cheese, as I am very lactose intolerant. I left the drive thru, checked my sandwich, and there's cheese on it. I went back through the drive thru and explained the issue at the speaker. I was told
