Went for a quick bite to eat. Had the old fashion burger and fries. My girlfriend had the beet and avocado salad and we had a appetizer as well, the grilled artichoke. For dessert we shared the GF Godiva chocolate cheesecake which was very rich and delicious probably the best part of the meal. Service wasn’t bad, we were greeted as soon as we came in and sat down right away.

I have been to and have reviewed other locations, usually poorly! I had to have dinner here two nights in a row as my hotel's restaurant was closed! I must say that the staff was very nice and did the best they could as they seemed short staffed. However, the quality of food is tolerable at best! On the second night, they were out of half the menu items. I have always thought that they have too many items on the menu, and if they focused on fewer items, the quality of food might get better.

Of course The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive menu, but sometimes you just want the classic soup and sandwich. Both were very good here. Although the clam chowder was not thick and creamy, it was flavorful. It even had a bite of spice to it, which was nice. The Passion Mint Fizz was extremely delicious, and very refreshing. A tasty alternative to a lunchtime Mojito.

Went to Cheesecake Factory for lunch and it was great! The building is big, easy to move around in and is very clean and atmospheric to boot! Customer service was great, attentive and very accommodating when needing to be. Food was also pretty darn good. The free bread was scrumptious, the white chili I got very hardy and the red velvet Cheesecake was decadent! No problems, I liked this Cheesecake Factory on all ends!
Pictures are of the inside of the building, the EXTENSIVE menu and food!

Okay place for a quick bite to eat if you’re at the Mayfair mall area and if you’re starving. Menu is very busy with GF options. Our waitress seemed busy but was able to attend to all of our needs with water almost coming out last. Last time I was here was 9 years ago at this location. The hype isn’t there and same goes for the one in Chicago on the magnificent mile. Thanks for trying CheeseCakeFactory!!

I use to love Cheesecake Factory and the large variety they offer.
I will No longer go to Cheesecake Factory and I 100% don’t recommend.
#1 Ordered Crispy Shrimp with Pineapple (recommended by waitress) She comes back and says they are unable to make b/c they do not have a grill chef. *So confused*
Ordered a grilled cheese for my son and she comes back and she says they cannot make it b/c the person is over hours who can make that. *confused! This is bread and cheese people!!*
That should have been my red flag to leave.
#2. The food is made and taste horribly. The quality of meat is poor. I’m sure it’s either old or cheap cuts of meat and they are hoping ppl don’t know the cuts of meat.
Ordered Thai chicken lettuce wraps, you get 6 small strips of chicken with tons and tons of lettuce wraps *confused* and the best part is the chicken is burnt or a crisp. See picture.
Lettuce wraps to me come with a small bowl of cut up chicken and a spoon to make them.
Ordered a ribeye, medium rare. It was pink in the inside so possibly cooked right BUT it was tough, dry, seasoned with 1lb of pepper. See picture, this is 100% not rib-eye.
Also ordered shrimp scampi and then we gave up. The food here is horrible, I understand we are short on staff but staff should be cross trained and trained by people who know how to cook the dishes.
The main dishes here are $23 and up, lettuce wraps $20. There is no way the quality of food should be like this. It’s the worst food I’ve had at a restaurant by far.

Everything was delicious! The lunch portions of entrées were so big that we had enough food for another meal. The slices of cheesecake are a bit pricey, and that's why 4 instead of 5 stars; but I will say that everyone enjoyed the flavors they chose.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Cheesecake Factory. Every time I go the food and drinks are always great, restaurant is clean and well maintained and the service is outstanding. My favorite times to go to the Cheesecake Factory are for brunch and to have drinks and appetizers. My sister and I always share the Cinnamon roll pancakes in addition whatever savory dish we decide to get. I’ve had the chicken and waffles and few times and they are delicious. The waffle is fluffy and the chicken is crispy and fried to perfection.
If you haven’t tried their small plates and appetizers, you’re missing out! Some of our favorites include the Korean fried cauliflower, stuffed mushrooms, crispy Brussels sprouts, chicken samosas, and the lettuce wraps.
No matter how full I am at the end of my meal, I always make sure to get a slice of cheesecake to go.
I have received exceptional service every time I dine at the Cheesecake Factory and will continue to support this location.
