The atmosphere was dope, had great customer service but the food was super bland for it to have all this extra stuff like fresh basil, truffle butter etc. my steak was over cooked, and the pasta ravioli dish came out cold. It took awhile for the waitress to come back to our table but I remember her giving our table a free drink for the wait. Which was greatly appreciated! The food pics definitely came out good, but for the price and quality I probably won’t come back.

Ruscello inside of Nordstrom is one of Milwaukees best kept secrets. A great place for meeting your business partner or friends. You can take a break and have a cocktail while enjoying you shopping experience. The pizza is amazing! You must try it! I have an addiction.

I sat at my table 30 minutes with no one coming to check if I need anything. I do not understand. Does anyone realize how
much money the restaurant can make or the servers themselves in tips. You have two hostess people up front doing nothing. I am out of work and good manage this place to make money and be packed everyday all-day with great service. I had 2 husband day care drinks and could of I had more or more food while I wait for my wife to shop

Ruscello was amazing when it first opened! I’ve been here several times and they’ve been having some unfortunate issues. The servers are so friendly and accommodating but seem to be fighting the kitchen a lot. Dishes tend to be inconsistent from visit to visit, sometimes food comes cold. The most recent time our food didn’t come for an hour and when it did we all got our dishes at different times. This restaurant could be really great if it got the staffing it needed in the kitchen and solved it’s other issues. I’d love to see it get back to the quality that it had when it first opened!

I've been a Nordstrom customer for years, this is by far my favorite Ruscello location. This one doesn't feel as stuffy. The food is awesome and the waitstaff is very attentive. I have a severe food allergy, and the manager Amanda even came out to check our table and make sure the meal was great. Not many places even care but she even asked if I had an allergy card to provide to chef Audrey while my meal was being prepared. Love the attention to detail, wish more restaurants would provide this level of customer service.

Was looking forward to trying out this restaurant but I will not be back. The service was sub-par for such an expensive restaurant. We sat for a good 5 min. to get a menu, then another 5 to get water and then another 5 for a drink order. The place was half full so you would think the pace could have been faster out of the gate. The server was not personable and was very short and quick to leave immediately after taking an order. Then, slow to return with drinks, food, etc. There were fruit flies everywhere...yuck. We killed at least 5 large ones throughout the meal. The management addressed my review so I changed it from 1 to 2, hopefully they make improvements.

Their lobster bisque is the best I’ve ever had. Unfortunately the service is terrible. Slow, inattentive waitstaff who clearly have no problem messaging how much they find you an inconvenience. I’m a regular customer but they still don’t know me, they don’t pay attention to where I ask to sit in my OpenTable reservation, and if I get one drink refill in my entire time there I consider myself lucky.
