I love this place. I will literally drive 45 minutes away just to eat here for special occasions. Everything taste wonderful. My favorite ia the Spicy Changs Chicken and Chicken lettuce wraps. The sushi is Dynamite literally lol. My dessert was so yummy and fudgey warm chocolately delicious. Explosion of flavors only Heaven could produce in your mouth from the chocolate souffle and vanilla bean ice cream on top with raspberry sauce on the side. Our waitress Jackie was awesome. Very polite, friendly, and on point with everything. #1 favorite restaurant always and forever!

I went for dinner with my daughter on a Wednesday in the early evening and we had a very enjoyable experience. We felt welcome when we walked in and left with smiles.
The dining area wasn't too crowded and the ambience was very relaxing.
Our server was extremely personable, pleasant and accommodating.
We placed our beverage order and as our server heard me trying to decide what, if any, drink to order, she suggested a drink choice that just happened to be pleasing to my specific taste palette. It's possible it was just a lucky guess, but I appreciated it either way.
The food options were different than I am used to, as it is a Japanese cuisine. However, the menu offers a good variety of options for even the pickiest of eaters, like myself.
We ordered an appetizer (fried green beans), and the sauce that comes with it is a tiny bit spicy for my taste, so I asked for a side of ranch dressing. Our server kindly replied that they "don't carry it" but that she would "suggest to her manager that they keep some on hand". I thought that was a thoughtful and helpful response.
For my food order I had vegetable fried rice and vegetable spring rolls. My daughter ordered shrimp with brown rice and vegetable spring rolls. I was confused about the white crispy , noodles??? Ok I am still confused about what those were, or if those were even meant to be eaten. But in total we both enjoyed our meals.
As we were leaving, our server stated in conversation, that she "really enjoyed working here" (at P.F. Chang's) and that it was mostly because she "really likes the people she works with" and that her co-workers are "like family"...
There's nothing you can say that's more complimentary of a place, than that, if you ask me.
Everything about our visit to P.F. Chang's exceeded both of our expectations.
We are sure to return, hopefully sooner than later.

We had the pork Dumplings pan fried. We asked for hot Chilli oil and got a sweet chili sauce instead. I'm not sure if the server knew what hot Chilli oil tastes or looks like, we have been able to get it in the past.
My wife had the pepper beef and had rather odd beef broth based sauce which had a weird taste. My wife really didn't care for it, unfortunately what she used to order has been removed from the menu and nothing else is appealing to her.
I had the Kung Pow Chicken and loved it.

The salmon is worth the trip. I loved it, really.
I wasn't sure about the food but the atmosphere really changes my mood and mind. Take some ok food, in a fancy place.. Does your brain trick you too? I have so so experiences. Some good, some bad, and some when I am starving and can't tell. All and all, It's a good choice rating 7/10

Food was good (I recommend the Singapore noodles) but we had to wait a very long time to get our food and never even got our cocktails...

The street noodles were excellent along with the lettuce wraps. I enjoyed my visit there. However, I did not like the egg plant. This doesn't mean that others won't love it.. Different taste for different people. It's just that I prefer my egg plant cooked a little differently. I highly recommend you try for yourself!

Fresh & tasty Chinese food, in a subdued, dining atmosphere. Easy to have a conversation with your family, friend or date. The Lettuce Wraps are a must-have appetizer. For entrees we had Mongolian Beef & Orange Chicken. Both recommended. GF options are available too.

It was pretty good. I had to send my steak back because it was over cooked. They took a very long time to cook a medium rare NY strip that was as flat as hangar, But hey they were super nice and made sure I got a dessert freebie. I think everyone eating here should be very polite and patient. They seem under staffed and trying their best, and that is all I ever ask for when I enter a restaurant. Great job! I will be back!

It’s been years since dinning at PF Chang’s, so I was very excited to go for my one year anniversary. The wait was ridiculous, almost 45 minutes till we got our food. The size of my entrée was a slap in the face and laughable, a meal (Singapore Black pepper chicken) $15.95 was similar to the size of a side from Panda Express. The waiter told me they weigh the food, but for that price I still can’t see justifying that small of a plate. The waiter compensated my drink since he agreed that the size was not acceptable. He also offered to remake the meal, but I though what’s the point I would get the same weighted sized entrée. Our chicken salad lacked chicken as well. We were definitely a disappointed customers especially it being a celebration for our 1 Year anniversary. Can someone from management contact me please.

Food was good but overpriced for the portion sizes, in my opinion. My boyfriend ordered the Chang's Spicy Chicken which was delicious. Made me wish I had ordered it!! I ordered the Beef and Broccoli which was good, but my broccoli was pretty much raw...the flavor overall was good though. We also decided to try their Shrimp Tempura roll since sushi is a favorite of ours. It was ok - we've definitely had better and again - overpriced! They didn't remove the tails of the shrimp and the pieces were falling apart. It was extremely difficult to eat.
We had our two girls with and I have to say I was impressed with their kids menu options. The chicken fried rice my 2 year old had was awesome! We chose to give her a side of fruit with it and she almost cleared her plate (which is rare for her)! My 10 year old had the lo mein with a side of carrots and was happy too - she also liked the shrimp roll.
Service was decent. Everything came out in a timely manner but our server seemed confused lol. It wasn't terribly busy but he was all over the place...the slowest part of our meal was waiting for the check. It took a really long time, which is no fun when trying to deal with a toddler who just found out she can't color anymore since we have to leave 🙄
I would give it another chance but would definitely order something different and avoid the appetizers/rolls.

Food was delicious but the service was non-existent. Our server took our order brought beverages and then 40 minutes later we had to grab a busser to get our check. PF has an open kitchen design so it was frustrating to watch our server talk with cooks and other servers when we wanted to leave. My wife even tried waving her arms when it seemed like our server was looking our way. She was literally at our table three times. The third was bringing back my card I gave to the busser. Of course she asked if we also wanted boxes.

Dinner was good as always. My daughters dish was not very warm and pretty sparse. We said something to the waitress. She graciously offered to replace it and put in a rush order. The remade dish was brought out by the manager and was told the meal would be free. We did not expect that. Gave the waitress a nice tip which covered the cost of the free meal. Good food and PF Changs stands by it.

What a great experience. It has been a while since we have been here and since my last trip I received a diagnosis for Celiac. The waiter we had was more than accommodating to ensure my food was GF, confirm if the Sake was GF (which all of it wasn't), and he gave us good direction on some selections. Service was great, food was great, and atmosphere was as expected at Changs. Will be back and hopefully soon.
Only complaint I would have is that I had to look up the carbs of my meal online. It's easy enough to do but why not put it right on the menu??

My fiancé didn't like the sushi but I loved my dish. I had spicy lobster and shrimp rice and salt n pepper calamari

Got sat in a booth set for 4, there was just 2 . All the place settings for 4 were left. None of the unnecessary stem ware was removed. Our waiter was less than attentive. Was not offered waters, sat with an empty beer for 15 minutes even though we were there before the dinner rush. Food was just ok. I haven’t been here for about 5 years. I will not be hurrying back.

This was the second time I have had dinner there and it was amazing. The staff is also very courteous. My family and I would recommend P.F. Chang’s to anyone. They really could use to open another restaurant. It wasn’t fun waiting an hour for a table on a Wednesday night.

I agree with all the comments posted. The wait time is too long and the service is horrible!! I was there this evening, I will never go back and I will never recommend this restaurant.

The food was great but it took forever to get our food. Sunday lunch when the restaurant was half full should not take 50 mins to get 3 meals!! They kept on saying the kitchen was backed up...... ummmmm the restaurant wasn’t that busy!!
Karen Tischer
Excellent food, server was attentive but restaurant seemed
short on staff

The food was average at best. The service was about the worst I've experienced in a decade period and does not deserve a return visit based on the quality, prices and service.
