Very disappointed, not the kind of experience we’ve had before. We ordered a customized pizza and cheesy garlic bread. The pizza pictured is what they gave us for “garlic bread”. I went up to the counter and complained. The worker said they would give us the correct item. We waited for a half hour for it, but it never was made so we left. The garbage cans were overflowing and needed to be changed. They also were almost out of lemonade. When we arrived it was very slow so not really sure why the service was so poor. It was also hard to understand the workers as they were mumbling.

I have a terrible time with this place. When they are on the ball their pizzas are very good for the type of pizza it is.
Unfortunately, they are on the ball less than they should be. I've had them completely forget about my order and had to wait around for them to remake it. I've had their delivery drivers bring me my pizzas upright on their sides. I've had pizzas delivered that bared no resemblance to my order.
But, if they actually make your pizza correctly and give it or bring it to you correctly, it's good pizza.

This was our first experience with a Mod Pizza and we will definitely go back again. The restaurant was clean and in great condition. The service was outstanding, helpful & very efficient. You can either order a pizza off the board or you can create your own from their extensive list of toppings. They have multiple choices for thin or thick crusts. We ordered 5 different pizzas and they were all very good. How it works is you go to the counter and order your pizza, step down order your drinks and pay. They have quite a few beverages to choose from which we appreciated. By time we filled our drinks our pizza was ready, at that time you can choose a drizzle to go on top. We tried the spicy honey and the fig balsamic i highly recommend trying them as it really enhances the taste.

Rarely do I hand out 5 stars. As soon as I walked in at least 3 ppl greeted me and all of them had a smile on their faces. 5 stars for attentiveness! Clean restaurant and restroom. Order I placed online was ready beforehand and tastes absolutely perfect. All condiments and napkins were stocked neatly and clean...A++++

My friends and I had the AUDACITY to come in five minutes before close on New Years Eve and they were still incredible cool about everything. I built my own pizza with onions, green peppers, chicken sausage, pepperoni, and it was a 10/10. I don't know what my friends got because I don't like to get too deep into their business, but they enjoyed the Za very much as well. If you get a chance, try that black berry lemonade I swear it was the best beverage I have ever had. Now i am giving you high expectations for it but I promise you that even those HIGH expectations will exceeded. Happy new Year

Terrible preparation today I ordered at noon ! I never had any issues with this location before but these pizzas were just horribly prepared! I was so disappointed I had to call to get a refund . They need to retrain the morning staff ASAP!
