This was by far the most disappointing sub. As soon as I opened the wrap the sub looked so messy and nasty that I just wrapped it again and tossed it in the garbage.

This is my first time going today with the very good friend of mine who loves going there. I will definitely be back The sub was nice and fresh and love how they cut the meat fresh right in front of you. The customer service is great and I went to the location in Milwaukee near Mayfair Mall.

Normally Jersey mikes is 100% perfect every time, however this location last night had bad bread, dry and crumbled while eating it making it hard to eat and bad taste. Jersey Mike Subs are delicious! Heads up...I am going to discuss two locations. In general I love the fact that they slice all their meats and cheeses in front of you. You can actually watch them make your food, such a bonus! The Bluemound location is my favorite, staff is always nice and friendly.

They are in desperate need of a good manager or just some direction in general. They are super unorganized, uncleanly, and unprofessional. They don't listen, talk about customers as soon as they leave, rude and overall unpleasant.

Its 8:45pm and i drove all the way here to get something and she says they are closed and they ran out of EVERYTHING? I didnt even say what I wanted. Smh banned them for life. I hate unprofessional people!!!

Ordered food for my staff, 7 sandwiches total. None were labeled correctly despite me placing names on each sandwich, almost all made wrong. I placed the order online specifically to avoid confusion but it did not make a difference. Disappointing
