Chicken was cooked in old grease. No flavor at all. Coleslaw was bland. Fries were old. The biscuits were dry. Very disappointed. Wasted my money.

I specifically ordered a Side Lovers Meal (digital only special) rather than the regular 8-piece meal so that I could pick any 3 large sides. Ordered 2 coleslaw and 1 mashed potatoes, but when I got home, I saw that I received only 1 coleslaw, not 2. Very disappointing since coleslaw is our favorite part of the meal and the reason I ordered the Side Lovers Meal.
It would be a 20-minute drive back to the store, and with gas prices so high, it wasn't worth the trip.
At least the chicken this time was Ok, not dry and inedible like last time. And the young lady at the drive-thru was pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately, they could not get my simple order correct.
Update: I contacted KFC via their website, and they said they were refunding $5, which is better than nothing. The cost of a large side ala carte is $4.99 plus tax. However, I would've preferred just getting my order right in the first place.

Kfc has tremendously fell off. I order during lunch hours today. You would think during lunch hours. The food would be hot & fresh. I had the chicken littles for the kids. A chicken sandwich & a 3 piece meal. The chicken littles was dry , hard around the edges.the Mayo clunked on was disgusting and the chicken sandwich was the same way! The 3 piece meal was salty & hard to be original. The mashed potatoes was soupy and salty( maybe because of the gravy). I should have listened to my husband when he said . His meal was horrible 2 weeks ago! Thee only thing my mom & the kids enjoyed was the lemonade.

I ordered 2 chicken sandwich boxes. When we got home not only did they put the hot and spicy in the wrong box (my young grandson's) they got the sides wrong. I tried calling several times to see what they would do about it. Each time phone rang and rang until somebody picked it up then immediately hung up w/o saying anything.

Ordered quickly and received food in a timely manner. It was fine until I asked for my receipt. I heard the manager complaining through the closed drive thru window that I should have got it the first time. If her employee gave it to me it wouldn't have been a problem. But her attitude and disrespect was very unnecessary! I will not patronize this establishment again. I wanted the receipt to complete the survey to recognize their service. She totally ruined that by blaming me for their mistake.

I've gone here a few times and they have excellent customer service. On top of that, they always get my order correct-- which may seem simple but many fast food drive-throughs make mistakes routinely.

This place is worn & usually dirty. The staff is unengaged (even for a fast food joint). Find ur flavor somewhere else!
