I went on a Monday afternoon. Not crowded. Took my 7year old grandniece. We really enjoyed our stay. Food was delicious. Had a strip steak to die for asparagus and garlic potatoes. The margarita was tasty as well. Amber our server was great. Give her a pay raise! The greeter was great also. I don't know how y'all snagged these great people during this pandemic but I'm glad you did. Treat them well. As they treated me well❤️

My son booked a party in one of the rooms and for as much as he paid we should've got a better host / server. We had people waiting forever to order we had to keep finding her and flagging her down for service. Then I ordered food and my son ordered 5 mins after me . I got my food quick and his took over 45 minutes. We believe she forgot to put it in. I dont understand why they'd have her work a birthday party of about 30 kids and adults and still taking tables. Will never have a birthday party here again . Lesson learned.

Horrible customer service, unprofessional , most machines cost 6-10 tickets. You pay $60 for 400 and cannot split that into other cards. Not only that, most the machines did not work, were faulty, or broken and still took points. There was no one on the floor to help and when I went to ask for help I was given attitude, eye rolling. This place is expensive and the way it went, I WANT MY MONEY BACK. We didn't even have food or drinks because we wanted to get out of there asap! The kids had fun, but we're disappointed at most the broken games. Don't waste your time and money. This place is just ghetto. I didn't see anyone on floor wiping anything down. Concerning as people were using head sets and controls after others without them being sanitized.

Seems like they did some upgrading in the past few years. My children and I had a blast. Great place for adults and children. Our food was excellent. The food pricing was average for that type od establishment.. the gaming was a bit pricey, but that is to expected. I bought the $29 (170 chips) + 10 bracelet for kids. I like the bracelets because they're easier to keep up with and reusable. 170 chips lasted approximately an hour 15 mins. We ate an left. Not bad. Believe me my children wanted to play longer, but it was getting late and it became more of an adult crowd towards 830p.

From my first time being there it was awesome very often the food play games that I never played before it was just all the way around excellent the service was great I will be going back there

After my last two visits to this location recently, I can confidently give a solid 4 stars to this location's performance. I went in during a half-price games Wednesday and a normal price games Saturday, and the amount of people barely changes regardless. If one needs to stretch their dollar, then please try to come early on Wednesday so you have access to the wide variety of games available. I have no option available for the food, for I have yet to taste it. I myself often find myself making hundreds of tickets per visit with into one purchase of 35$ of game chips, and will be returning in due time to hopefully do it all over again.

Haven’t had this much fun with our kiddos in a very long time! My husband was even impressed! He sat watching the games on the million TV’s that are in the bar area! Staff were super friendly and helpful. My kids were super excited to spend their tickets in the fun store they have. I was kind of shocked by how much they were able to buy. Thank you for the great family day!

This site was pretty clean, most every game worked I house, any problems were quickly corrected by staff. And I fully recommend their nice line up of alcoholic beverages! The prize room was good size, and prizes were well in line with the amount of tickets won a few good days here snd you could walk away with one heck of a grand prize. Fun games. Not crowded for a Saturday afternoon date. Will be returning to this location with the boys for a free for all!

It was just ok. My kids loved it though. I ordered a Philly cheese steak without the green peppers and it came out in a decent amount of time as well as the other food, but they forgot to bring out the mushrooms, onions and mayo, which was supposed to be on the side, so I asked the different server that brought the food out and he said he’d bring it right out. He never came back out and finally 10 minutes later my original server came by and I told him about it. Another 10 minutes went by and I finally got it, but now my sandwich wasn’t very hot. Plus...why do you have to tip just to put money on the game cards?

The food was really good but the service was not up to par. Waiting 10 minutes for a draft beer is unacceptable... The place was dead. Waiting, and never getting, mayo for the sandwich we ordered is unacceptable as well. I'd go back, but with lower expectations of the service.

There's no point on going here, there's staff standing around just hanging out in groups of 3 or more!!! After waiting over a half hour, Not a single staff member came to take any kind of order. No drinks, no food, not even asked if we were being helped. 2 wait staff kept coming into our area looking at us then would walk away. Talk about rude! You need all new staff and some major training!!!!

I went there last night for my birthday with a party of 12. We checked in with the dining area right when we got there and they told us it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait. Which was fine since it was a Saturday and we had a large party. We decided to get our game cards while we were waiting, which I’m glad we did because that alone took 30 minutes. We walked around and looked at the games while waiting for our table. While we were waiting we noticed multiple open tables in the dining area with a bunch of staff just standing around chit-chatting. I’m not sure why we had to wait so long to be seated. After about and hour and a half we were seated. We waited another 30 minutes for our waitress to even come over and introduce herself and take our drink order. We then waited another 20 for our drinks to come and for her to take our food order. After an hour and 30 minutes and us not getting our food and not even seeing the waitress again and not being offered refills we went up and asked for management. We were told the manager would be right over. 15 minutes later we had to go find a manager again. We explained that it had been and hour and a half and haven’t even seen our waitress, haven’t gotten refills on our drinks and still didn’t have our food. They said that their systems had crashed twice so things are backed up, I understand things happen but someone should’ve came and informed us that it would be a wait. We could have went and played games or atleast ordered more drinks while waiting. We then explained that we haven’t seen our waitress at all and we were told our waitress “lost her phone and was freaking out.” I am not sure why someone else didn’t take over and check on our table at that point. There was a birthday party in the room next to our table and they were getting constant drink and food refills. We waited around 10 more minutes when someone came up and said they would not be serving food for atleast another hour. It was 9:00pm at this point, we were all hungry and I had my 13 month old daughter with, so staying another hour for food let alone to play games was out of the question. We complained and they did refund us (i think, they couldn’t show any proof of a refund and said it would take 5-7 days) our game cards as we weren’t able to use them. As I do appreciate being refunded, I don’t think this compensates for the 3.5 hours wasted and the gas we spent to get there as we live an hour and a half away. This definitely ruined my birthday, it was a complete mess. None of us will be back.

The place is just another chuck e cheese with more food options and alcohol... The place smelled like skunkweed. Kids running around everywhere. Ill never go back

Sat at dining room table. Took over 25 minutes for my wife to get her drink. Food arrived in 20 minutes. My beer was flat, and had to get it replaced. Waitress was very inattentive. Will never be back

It started out great. Got my beverage with my party then got the appetizers. But waited for the main course took way too long...food finally comes and the ribs were hard. Two of my party had cold food. We even told the waitress separate checks and they placed it all on one bill. One waitress took my empty soda bottle away and didn't even ask if I wanted another one (would of said something if mouth wasn't too full)

Came for a staff party and overall a good time was had at the location. When waiting at the bar to place a drink order, I was pretty much ignored and stared at. Just need to be more attentive with customers.

I am writing to let you know about the crappy day we had at the Wauwatosa location today. We got there around 1pm and were seated right away. The waitress took our drink order. They brought out the wrong drink for my daughter. She ordered the grape drink with worms and got a blue one. So we had to get that switched. She disappeared for awhile before coming to take our order. She didn’t seem like she even wanted to be there. When our food came out my sons was the complete wrong food. He ordered the chicken parm Alfredo without tomatoes. he got chicken shrimp mushroom Alfredo. We had to get that fixed. Then we realized the chicken fingers and fries were barely warm and my husbands pork sliders were ice cold. By this time the waitress said she’d get a manager for me. The manager came over and said sorry took the plates to get that fixed. By this time it was around 2:30. Then we sit there for a long time before she asks if we are ready for the bill. She goes and gets the bill and we are charged for 3 kids drinks and both of the dishes that came out for my son. So I have to get the waitresses attention to let her know and she goes to get that fixed. She brings it back and all she did was re ring up the bill and remove one kids drink. So I have to wait cause once again she is nowhere to be found. After waiting for awhile I asked another waiter to get me a manager. The manager then comes over and we explain the bill problem. She gets that all fixed and said she also removed the kids drinks as a courtesy. I feel they should have done something more than that for all the issues we had. I did get the bill paid and had to go wait for the waitress one last time to give it to her. I will not be going back there again. No one seemed to care the way it was being ran or how they portrayed the restaurant.

Went with a group of friends, four of us total. The waiter was told at the beginning of service that there were two separate checks and ended up putting everything on one bill. Drinks stayed empty for over an hour. It took two hours to get our dinner, and when it came the food was cold. Didn’t even waste my time playing the games, I was beyond angry and left.

We had a good time celebrating a friends birthday. Food was good and atmosphere was fun. The main drawback was the service was slow. We had a fairly large group but it took a long time between drink refills and for food to arrive. Would have probably been more helpful to have an additional server instead of just one for our table. We had 10-12 people in our group.

I hadn't been here in awhile but felt like i didnt miss it. The staff was very rude and it took forever to get our food. I only came to D&B because it was what my daughter wanted to do for her birthday. I will not return in the future very poor customer service.

We went early, service was fantastic, food was excellent,. Loved that they cared about our gluten sensitivity!

I had my son party there and. Booked a room. I worked with them before and had a great experience so that’s why it was so easy to come back! The package was well explained and it was very reasonable. Even after the party time expired, the staff still continued to check on us and made sure we were ok! The place was clean. Staff looked clean and the management was onsite and also checked on us as well. I will be back!
