Toppers is good at pizza but I ordered a thin crust this time which was a first, and boy are they THIN! When I grabbed the box I almost thought nothing was in it. But the presentation was great but the lack of sauce is not good at all. They could have at least added a drop of sauce but it was all cheese, meat and crust! Where’s the sauce ???? Toppers

I placed an order online. The tracker updated a few minutes later saying it had been accepted and would be delivered in 50 minutes to an hour. Later the tracker updated to baking and never advanced beyond that.
An hour and 15 minutes later I called to see where my order was. I let it ring for several minutes and even tried calling back another time. No one answered despite it being 2 hours before they closed. I was home and awake for several more hours. No one showed up with my order. I decided to leave it until the morning to call and get a refund.
I called and spoke to a manager. They said they would look into it and assured me I'd be given a full refund. He did not even offer me so much as an apology for the inconvenience.
A week later I called back because the charge had not been refunded. I spoke with the same manager who informed me the store manager would have to do the refund. He offered no explanation as to why I never got my order or why the store manager hadn't processed my refund in the last week since we'd spoken. I again was not offered even so much as an apology for the inconvenience.

Lamont was friendly and courteous. Our pizza was easy to order and fast!! My sons had been eating Topper’s and finally I had the opportunity to taste their favorite…cheese. I told my sons that they had better not ever hold a secret that tastes this good from me EVER again!!

This location has been great in the past few months. There was a time when they struggled after COVID, but things have really come together and I have not experienced any service issues or delays since. The team does a great job and I am happy to get my pizza from the Wauwatosa State Street location!

Ordered here multiple times. Never satisfied. They never have the order ready when they say. Last time no one could even tell me why the order wasn't ready (or what exactly wasn't ready). But that all being said, I've always had properly made and good quality orders. I've avoided delivery because I know everywhere is short staffed lately so can't speak to delivery times.

State Street Tosa location has OUTSTANDING customer service! The workers and manager made our community event for our school run smoothly with our large order ready and working with the manager was a pleasure leading up to our event!! Thank you Toppers!!

The pizza was well made and fed many of our students + those in attendance for our event, Launch! Lamont is absolutely amazing!! I would recommend getting pizza here :)

i usually have alright experiences with Toppers but.... i waited about an hour and a half and my pizzas weren't even right. the pineapple pizza was overcooked to the point of $13 trash. and the totza was missing the green onion and the dipping sauces. unacceptable.

I made an online order to pick up 2 hours later (on the way to a meeting). When I arrived at the scheduled time to pick it up, they had made half the order and I needed to wait to them to make the pizza. There was no acknowledgement or understanding from the worker I talked to because she was the only one working at the moment and needed to make said pizza. It would be have been fine to simply acknowledge the mistake but I'll order from another location in the future if this experience is what I will be having

Hated the service. I've been standing at the counter for over 15 min already trying to pick up a pizza I pre-ordered online. I see one employee on the phone and no other customers and he has yet to even acknowledge my presence. This is my first time ordering from Toppers and may very well be the last.

Let me start by saying that I'm a big fan of Toppers Pizza and typically I have no complaints when ordering from your location. However, I have had a few issues in the past and again tonight my experience was frustrating and less than satisfactory. The gentleman who answered the phone and began to take my order was clearly distracted (or simply not paying attention) and rude. He either misunderstood what I was asking for, or wasn't listening attentively, and even became a bit confrontational when I clarified my request. It seems like an important aspect of job training would include lessons on some basic courtesy and professionalism when taking an order, however, after tonight (and a few past experiences) I question whether this is in fact the case. Regardless, I suggest that this be addressed in order to maintain some semblance of customer satisfaction in the future.
