HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I tried to order my drink on the drive through and the person I was talking to was rude and not know what is she doing. I tried to tell her it is not what I wanted to order but she insisted ordering me that drink and said don’t worry I will make it the way you want. I ended up g
Same drink 3days in a row, each time they made it different. Not bad just different. The drive thru is where I have to knock off two stars. All 3 visits here were at different times of the day but it didn't change the fact the line moved very slow for a Starbucks. About 10-15min in line each trip!
Came through the drive thru for breakfast. They were busy which was no surprise. It took a little longer than I liked, but the staff was friendly and kept me apprised of the delay. That made all the difference and kept the experience positive.
I got the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino along with a Ham and Swiss Croissant. They were both very good! The line through the drive-thru was long, but fairly manageable.
The layout of the store is decent. Service was efficient. The acoustics were pretty good. Easy to speak with someone at my table. Came with a friend.
I made a mobile order, and the lady hands me my drink and says “the food will be right up”. So I wait, and wait, and wait. I waited 40 mins for my stuff, so I go up to the counter to see what’s the hold up. I show them my order number and stuff. Come to find out, my food was sitting in the counter t

I understand people are running late but I showed up at 5 am when they all open at 5. I did a mobile order and called because at 515 no one had responded to the drive through window and was met with hostility and rudeness.
