The people working here are nice. Got some ice cream with my kids and it was great. The environment is a little dingy and dirty on the inside though. Not the best to sit and enjoy food inside though

Been to this restaurant many times. Only get the ice cream. Service is typically slow. But definitely the best soft serve ice cream on North Ave in Wauwatosa. They are artful with the upside down blizzard demonstration to show that the ice cream will not fall out of the cup. They now offer dairy-free dilly bars, so I'm not sure if they should change their name to Dairy-Free Queen.

They were quick and the ice cream/onion rings were great! Only unfortunately thing in my cheesecake blizzard, were there was really no cheesecake in it but 3 bites. Overall, good experience!

Came to this Dairy Queen and ordered cheeseburger lunch combo . I bit into my sandwich to discover it had bacon on it. I took it back the lady told me that's how it comes and she been there 11yrs. I told her I've ordered it before and never came that way and sign doesn't say it comes that way. I got a refund went to my car to bring back the Sundae. Slid it on to the counter now young black male employee says don't throw Nothing and I don't want it with him and threatened to beat me up basically. Now me and him is about to fight because he's continually trying to get past the women after they sent him in the back. Worst experience I've ever had at Dairy Queen. I don't eat pork and the sign should say it comes with bacon. Even though I know it doesn't and the woman lied and tried to make me think it does. That's would be a lawsuit if I got sick or attacked by that employee

I've been to this location many times in the past. Recently, I've came here twice within 2yrs and each time the young workers fight/argue in front of their customers. The first time they not only got our order wrong but also the cars in front of us while in the drive thru. A few cars pulled into the parking lot to get their orders fixed but unfortunately we all had to wait over a long period of time while they argue with each other/customers and we only had a simple order of ice cream.
This time while we waited in the drive thru line they started arguing about someone being on their lunch break for too long. People started leaving the restaurant then they closed the inside. I appreciate the free ice cream this time but it's unfortunate that we've experienced poor customer service at this location.

This place has terrible ice cream. Ordered the mint chip shake and it was just half mixed with bright green syrup. The hot fudge Sunday was served with cold watery chocolate. Sad excuse for ice cream and bad look for Dairy Queen. Also cost $10 . Save you money and go to the grocery store.

Terrible customer service. Unpleasant tasting misty slushes. I was over charged and when I tried to tell the cashier she simply said that the prices on their (independent) website had not been updated. When I tried to call the phone number listed on their window, the owner argued with me saying that I had looked at dairyqueen.com for the prices. I didn't. I looked on their independent website (and have screen shots of the website). The owner either has poor communication skills or simply didn't want to listen to what I had to say. To make it worse, the drinks that I ordered didn't taste good. I went back to try and get a refund and the doors were locked. My only choice would have been to wait another 27 minutes in the drive-thru to try and get my money back.(They were super busy with a line of cars out onto the street) It was easier to just call my credit card company and dispute the charge.

Terrible DQ, don’t go here. Went here twice, the first time they messed up my order, but Austin (the customer rep) said they would credit me my money back the next time I came back. I came back a few weeks later, and the money they “credited” me had been “already used” by someone else, and even when I told them I wasn’t the one who used it, they didn’t believe me. They are slow and obviously have no idea how to run a business smoothly.

Apparently, when you order extra nuts and extra fudge on your Peanut Buster Parfait you get less ice cream....see pic under comment. Not worth $7.40
