This Jamba Juice store located in Mayfair Mall is by far the worse! Why bother with coming into work, if you’re going to give poor customer service?

This past Sunday I experienced poor customer service and an unhygienic staff member as she placed her whole hand in my cup to pull it apart from the stack it was in. I told her I needed another cup, which she got then poured less then what is typically given to customers. She placed my daughter's smoothie on the counter without a lid then told me to secure it myself. I demanded a refund and left. They need better staff.

Does not accept gift cards at the Mayfair location. Please don't waste your money on a Jamba gift card.

I ordered a chocolate, banana smoothie with added whey protein. I specifically made sure the sever heard me say chocolate and banana as I know there is a chocolate, banana and peanut butter smoothie, he even repeated my order back to me. But he gives me the chocolate banana and peanut butter smoothie, well...I'm ALLERGIC TO PEANUT BUTTER, the reason I only ordered the chocolate and banana. He was not apologetic at all and smiled the whole time! I'm STILL waiting on the manager to refund my money!!

I got a small apples and greens smoothie without many add-ins but it's still pricey. I did like it and will go back another time to try something else.

The smoothie was okay. It was bitter and I feel I can make a better smoothie at home. The cashiers were a bit rude. I was standing waiting to order and there was a girl behind the counter drinking. After a minute I had to ask her if I could order. The manager was very friendly though. When my $3 off coupon wouldn't work he comped the whole drink for me which was unexpected

I try to be on the gracious side, but dang I've never experienced a set of three employees who could care less about speed. "Whipping out" 2 drinks in 6 minutes, with a line of 13 people waiting for their drinks still, and a line of 4 waiting to be helped. One employee's daughter was hanging out in the food court and kept approaching the counter drawing away her attention in full. She seems like an attentive mother! Good for her, but not great for customers. They also all seem like the best of friends! Again, great for them, but not amazing for customers.

Great smoothies! I ordered the PB&J Chocolate Lovers and loved it. A manager who appeared to be off the clock, spent much of the time gossiping with her staff. When I stood for a good minute due to she was too busy complaining than having her staff help me, I was thankful when one of the regular employees noticed me. Settle your communication issues WITHOUT CUSTOMERS AROUND. If you're mad about how communication is done, start by being professional and being a leader.

Closed down early for no reason. They gave free vouchers to two ladies for their next visit before I walked up and heard the same story that “we closed down early today.” This is why I wouldn’t come back here again, you can’t count on the posted store hours
