I went through the drive-thru and ordered two orders of the five-piece French toast sticks. The people were friendly and the service was fairly quick. Went here yesterday and waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes. The worker was nice but the fries were cold , my chicken sandwich was good but I ordered a double cheeseburger and the top bun was missing part of the bun. I hope it's not rodent related but coming from experience working in restaurant

This morning I stopped for breakfast before 8am in the drive thru. The cashier did not acknowledge or have an undivided attention to the customers. In addition, I don't understand how people can listen to their music with their ear piece and waiting on customers at the same time.
Prodestant employees have not noticed. Just let's go your hired , work till you get use to the menu and your customer service with the public. It's being young all over when ordering front counter. The time has the job. Not the food service.
For this to be a fast food restaurant you’ll think you waiting to receive a sit down meal.. Wait times be ridiculous and your food still don’t be fresh. Would not recommend stopping here at all
Terrible... $5 for a whopper melt with no sourdough and two very dry patties. Ordered a coke and they gave us a cherry fanta. I threw the burger away.
