Stopped by on our way home and bought steak biscuits, fries and sweet potato pie. The biscuit was so fresh and cooked perfectly. Everything was great.
The young man who took our order inside was very polite he had long hair in a ponytail. He realized they were out of cheese sticks after we had already paid and called us up to the counter and stated we may pick something else in place of the cheese sticks as he was unaware they were out. He then told the lady who appeared to be in charge that he wasn't sure how to ring it up. Instead of her showing this young man how to do it she proceeded to raise her voice at him and says " what do you mean, just push the button". The young man explained he had never done that before and he wasn't sure what a "make it right button was". He looked up and apologized In complete embarrassment because the women had just yelled at him infront of patrons in the dining room. Myself and a manager from Publix both looked at each other and stated that was absolutely no way to treat a fellow employee. Even my 13 year old daughter asked me why the lady yelled at him like that. The food was great and I hope this young man with the long hair in a pony tail knows that he did a great job handling our order that day and for not walking out and quitting his job for how he was treated because I could not work for someone who doesn't have people skills.
Love the little granny’s in there making breakfast, and always kind and friendly.
Wonderful chicken strips, bone in chicken not so good, chicken from Ingles deli is much better
When I arrived at drive through, I wasn't too sure if the place was even open because there was an employee who was sitting at the back of the restaurant on his phone. However, I was able to get inside the restaurant and order my 8 pc Family Meal. They didn't have any more wings and offered me 3 legs, 3 thighs, and 2 breasts. In addition, they also added in another side of rice for not giving wings. So, it was 3 sides in total. Other than that, I had a great experience buying there.
Chicken was as well as the biscuit, however the fries were hard. I believe they had been over cooked.
Overall not a bad experience. Food was hot and tasty. They were out many items on the menu. But we also came about 30 minutes before closing. They said they have to close so early because of staffing issues, receive send to be plagued by them lately. Will probably come back, earlier in the day though and try come more delicious chicken.
Not only was my order correct and the gentleman at the drive-thru window was very friendly, he also gave me 2 chicken tenders for my dog! I realized that I'd ordered a spicy chicken sandwich & wouldn't be able to share with my canine companion. I didn't need but 1-2 tenders & when I asked if I could get just that, he seemed genuinely happy to oblige! Our pets are our family & I sincerely appreciate when people are so kind to understand!
First experience at a Bojangles', was delicious from the chicken sandwich to the fries. Didn't get a chance to try my salad yet but definitely would recommend on food alone. Everything was hot and fresh with kind workers. Only issue is the manager that was there with someone for a corporate visit (I assume with the meeting they seemed to be having). Manager deliberately avoided talking to us but spoke and interacted with everyone. I don't make things a race issue however when you're the only colored people dining in, the manager has made eye contact numerous times yet doesn't say or gesture anything, and interacted with everyone around y'all. Thought it was because we were eating and having a conversation that he didn't inquire or even say hi, however even after finishing we received no acknowledgement. So unfortunately, even though the workers and food were great. Can't say I'll be back if us dining in is an issue for management.
It's in a quite location and by lake junaluska! Check it out for yourself.
Great food and friendly service.
Bojangles has the best chicken on the planet. Source my spouse Carole, a five star chicken hawk expert. Their biscuits are also in a class by themselves. Do not miss the egg, sausage and cheese biscuit, or bacon if you prefer. Sorry chicken fil a, you do not even come close.
