Love this Arby's. Staff is friendly and works hard to get orders out. Food is made with care and looks as good as it tastes. Excellent store 💙 Disappointing portion sizes for the more expensive sandwiches, especially the promo sandwiches like their new Brisket and Bacon Dip. But overall still great

Horrible! Of all the places available we chose Arbys. Big Mistake! Asked for fresh fries, this is what we got. Chicken sandwiches were so hard we couldn’t eat them.

UPDATE: I did email Corporate. It remains to be seen as to whether they will respond. Just be sure you check your food before you leave this place!! We ordered 8 sandwiches and got home and they had only put 6 in the bag. We had to drive back and get the rest of our food, no apology, no compensa

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. Tonight was the last night I will return to arbys in Webb city. The manager called me a liar tonight. She claims she packed 8 classic roast beefs with cheddar sauce but when I got home there were only 6 in the bag. When I called because I was upset

ETA 6/22: It's been awhile since I ate here, and the food has gone downhill. I was in the mood for a French Dip so I stopped in. The stuff they gave me is NOT au jus. They seem to always get my order wrong, after 3 times kind of stopped going even though food was good not worth the hassle

There was only 3 employees working. It took me 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. Staff was nice. Not a choice for drive thru on this post.

Fast and friendly service. Late time drive thru and they were still quick at getting everyone's order out.
