The food was very good and the service was good. It could be a little cleaner inside. I know they get tons of kids in there and it can get hard to keep up with, but my son and I went there at 2:00 on a Tuesday and we couldn't find a clean table.
I wish the chicken sandwich was a little more like the photos. I wash my salad had twice the lettuce and half the dressing but to each their own

Amazingly good customer service but 1/2 of the touch screens are broken I eat in all of the time never dine out. I love the food!
I had a catering order through this Panera location. I asked if they’d be able to have it done a little early for me. They said they’d do what they can to make it happen. Not only did they get me taken care of early but one gentleman came in at 4 am to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you so muc

They did not have the rolls I ordered on-line well ahead for "rapid pickup" and I didn't find out until driving 15 minutes out of my way and finding nothing on the shelf.

Bread Co always serves up a good lunch. My son's grilled cheese was only grilled on one side, probably just a panini press.... but he ate it so no real complaints! One of the only places where our whole family can find something to eat they actually enjoy and will eat!
Cozy ambiance (there's a fireplace for chilly days), and always friendly service. It's close to middle and high schools, so beware of right after school hours!

Fresh food and kind employees! A very busy Bread Company but, well worth the wait. Always an amazing selection of pastries and desserts which my nieces adore. Stop by and stay a minute.
