I've been here many times, the family likes this place for birthdays and celebrations. The food is always fresh and tasty and staff is always friendly and attentive. The margaritas are awesome also you can choose the tequila is made from.

Loved it! Our waiter was so nice and couldn't thank him enough for helping us decide what to get. The food was amazing, and the entire restaurant was set up so nice. Will definitely be back!

Surprisingly, this place had it all. It is a very large restaurant with ample space, great food, courteous staff, and a cool vibe despite being directly on the side of the freeway. They made every accommodation that we requested, and it was definitely appreciated. We will be returning here for sure.

We went to this Mexican restaurant with our family for lunch. The service was good but there was a bit of a wait because of our huge family. The food was really good as well. I order a fajita plate on the kids menu with a sherly temple the only thing was that it took min after our food was out for them to bring tortillas, but other than that it is a good place to go for lunch and to hang out with your family!

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. The atmosphere and setup is great. We had chips, salsa and fresh guacamole which were all on point. For my entree I had the brisket enchiladas and I would definitely order them again. Didn't get to try and drinks but I highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area.

Enjoyed this place for dinner as we sat at a bar table. Water and drinks came out in no time and food shortly followed. Service was great and drinks were nice and strong. Recommend the lemon fish with crab/Shrimp and Grand Margarita was so fulfilling

I highly recommend El Tiempo Cantina! The food is excellent. It is possibly the best Mexican food in Houston. There is definitely “Mama” Ninfa Laurenzo's excellent influence on the food. The atmosphere and service are excellent. Try one of their superior margaritas!!! They have an abundance of different types of quality and favored tequilas. This restaurant is a must for dining out. Put UT down now on your to-do list!!!

We had a large party. The waiter was friendly with a smile on his face the whole time. The food is always good there, but I tried the albondiga soup, and it was very flavorful and just what I'd been craving.

Wow, great Fajitas like Ninfa's. The Crab Enchilada was best seafood enchilada I ever tasted. The atmosphere was amazing. The server was very helpful. Even recommended the cilantro rice on Fajita Plate that was new for me but very good. All in all very excellent experience. The price is a little high but you get what you pay for.

We had a slightly difficult time deciphering the menu, but Angel was very patient with us. The food was really good! I'd definitely eat here again if I'm ever in the area.

Really good food & nice ambiance! Love the windows in that restaurant, they're beautiful. Had lunch there, the brisket enchilada and the seafood enchilada were both delicious! The house margaritas seemed a bit expensive ($10 each) but it's been a while since I've had cocktails and I guess that's an average price now. Overall a great experience, servers were awesome.

Nice authentic Mexican restaurant. The staff was very nice and our food was fast and tasty. We were there right before they were closing. We did not feel rushed, and everything was well prepared.

Great Atmosphere. Reminds you of a resort area like in San Antonio or Cancun. The service was great. The waitress spent time with us and gave us recommendations. The quantity and quality of the food were excellent except for the Chile con queso con carne, which was greasy from the beef. We had plenty of leftovers and we were two full to try the desert.
