Whataburger has really good burgers AND the pancake platter is as close to home cooking as it gets. I'll just never understand why they don't hire more cooks to get the food out faster which would bring in more customers.
It shouldn't take 30 minutes MINIMUM for a burger and fries.

Whataburger is one of my all time favorites, just an awesome burger. And something about the ketchup...just different and better. Customer service is always top notch in all my experiences at all locations. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of my burger, but this is the way your tray should

Normally don’t like Whataburger because they take so long though the food is very good . However have been ordering via the app and have not waited more than 2 min for food. Also they made an error and were very very nice and in the process comped some onion rings which I have not had for years…

I used to come to this whataburger often years ago. I was surprised by the lady at the front. She had a voice that carried so it was good to see her directing the crowd upfront. My initial impression was that of an authoritative personality, oh boy was I completely wrong!

Being from San Diego the burger was better than In-N-Out McDonald's Carl's Jr and Burger King prices with the same and they were also bigger
