Cold stone ice cream is ultimate already, but when it came to asking for a pup cup for our dog, we were blown away! I usually just think they’ll give me a small cup of ice cream or soft serve, but when the lady came back from the back, she had a pup cup sundae for our dog! Van
Placed a birthday ice cream cake for delivery. It was the easiest process I’ve ever used. The cake was amazing, they followed all my instructions and it was delivered when it said it would be. 10/10 will use again
My husband loves ice cream cakes. I ordered a custom cake on their website for his birthday this year - the options were excellent and the cake was delicious. We will now be making this a yearly thing!
Edit: I tried again tonight and getting an apple was very quick and easy. Just go to the chocolate counter and they’ll help you get an apple. Thank you, Cold Stone, for helping me out with that.

This is just sinful how good this ice cream is.... as good as Luigia's ..... if you are on the east side and find it hard to trek all the way to the west side Cold stone is a proper replacement ☺️

We came in today to celebrate a birthday and we're met with awesome service! The owner was so kind and welcoming. He was also very patient with our three olds as they picked out their flavors and toppings. It was refreshing to be greeted by someone who was happy to be there and appreciated the joy

Ice cream is some of the best I've ever had
It was delicious. I ordered For coffee lovers signature cone. It was fantastic. Service was quick. Restaurant was clean. I only give it 4 stars because my waffle cone was a stale. Mine was the only one though, everyone else's was fresh and crisp.
This is an amazing ice cream parlor! The staff is friendly and funny... you can order their creations, or 'design' your own! I had a great time and u will sure visit again!

Ice scream is good, service is friendly- when they finally notice you - the line isn’t very comforting- it may sound silly but i like order and the line was all over the place i was there for 15 minutes and two online customers cut me before i realized it was a completely different line 😭😂 kind of a
