Empire pizza is by far the very best pizza in all of Rochester. Thin crispy crust, great sauce, and plenty of delicious toppings makes Empire Pizza the best pizzeria between here and The Big Apple. I do not care for their wings because they are way too small for a big guy like me. My favorite
This is good pizza. Thin, crispy crust, good sauce- not too much. Cup and char pepperoni, which are admittedly not my favorite, but they’re seemingly unavoidable in Rochester.
Two slices and a drink for $8. Boom. Lunch.
It's tough being a pizza parlor in Webster. With so many options to choose from, a place as special as Empire Pizza can get lost in the shuffle because they don't saturate TV and print with ads and coupons.

We were just passing through town and stopped here because it had 4.8 stars. We got the meat lovers thin crust and it was super good, but the garlic twists were amazing!! And the service was great. Top notch pizza place.
Second time here and it’s crave-ably good. I think it’s hard to find a pizza joint that does pizza AND wings both well. Seriously, it is. This place does it . Just moved to this part of town and I have tried a couple other shops around the area and I think I found my new spot !! Called in an order
