Everything was fresh to order. The requested changes were followed. The woman at the drive-thru was kind and very helpful. The only negative was the wait of 5+ minutes. It's understandable, but I did remove a star for it as I feel waiting 10 minutes total makes this very slow fast food.
I ordered a nacho chicken sandwich and a peppermint frosty. All of the food came up fast and was delicious.
There was a man with a young boy (3 or 4 years old) in front of me, and they didn't have the sauce that the boy wanted with his nuggets. What blew me away is that the lady taking orders pulle

My very first time in Webster location… maybe I’ll give it another chance. If second time some other mess up then no reason to order from here
This Wendy's is like all the others in terms of food, service, look and atmosphere. The food here is delicious and the service is exceptionally fast when I visit and I've been pretty satisfied each time I eat here or drive thru. This location is on a very busy road and can get busy during peak meal
The Apple Pecan Salad is always SO good.... fresh greens, generous serving always and anywhere we have gotten one at Wendy's. If want a salad Wendy's always a good choice. Server very nice. Only negative was trays needed a little TLC... bit sticky otherwise restaurant was very clean, maintained
Went through the drive through. Not all fast food places have good service. I have had little to no problems with this Wendy's. Great food as always.
(9.11.2023) 🏈 Amazing Staff tonight!!! Fastest service I have had at this locations in 7 years.The drive through staff was super friendly while not skipping a beat. So many FF restaurants in this zip code could learn from this crew. The ability to multi task is the first thing that makes a good rest
Tried the app today. I almost got what I wanted. I wanted to add lettus tomato and mayo. They added it but no bun, my bad.
Best Wendy's in town went 8N had a blast with my kids
The food was as expected. The dinning area was clean... The service could have been better. The girl taking orders could use a little more training. She was very shy and spoke to soft. Our order and another's were not right.
Can't complain about this Wendy's, I usually come by at 10pm after the gym and get a sladad and change the regular chicken to the spicy. They are always smiling at the window, my order is always correct, great place to spend some money on food.
The Thursday morning crew was very helpful and friendly 😀 keep up the great work
