Food was good, service not so good, I had to ask if anyone is gonna wait on us, she stated drive thru had orders WHAT !! training two new people on a holiday weekend really !!

Staff was friendly and courteous, but the chicken tenders (strips) and fries were a tad on the soggy side. I didn't want to cause a scene because the temperature of the food was good and I was really hungry.

Sat for for over 45 mins waiting on chicken that they kept saying they was making the floor was disgusting an sticky while waiting on my order I watched a employee eat pickles out of the container with gloves on an then make food with the same gloves on. We thought the first few times were a fluke because it's so bad and KFC food is usually tasty. Things you get at other locations that are really good are terrible here. We have NEVER had a good piece of chicken from this location, ever. The only description for this store should be "it's always bad.

After having not ordered from KFC Weirton for quite sometime because of quality issues I decided to give them another chance. I ended up ordering 8 pc meal mixed original and crispy. I ended up with 3 legs 3 wings a breast and a thigh. I was charged $26.74 after taxes which is fine for the normal 2p

I dont even care to share my details with you. I know people dont want these jobs so you'll hire just about anyone. The worst, service I've had there. I wouldn't send my dog there.
